Take the Phyllo dough out of the freezer and gently remove 3-4 layers of the dough. Place it onto a cookie sheet with parchment paper on it.
Place the Brie Cheese in the middle of the dough and wrap the dough up and around the brie. Follow the package directions to bake the dough for the allotted time.
While it's baking. Place some passion fruit pepper jelly into a small bowl and add it to you board with a spoon.
Open boxes of various crackers and place them around the board decoratively.
Add in some dried fruit, and a small bowl of nuts to the board.
When the dough is golden brown, remove it from the oven and carefully place it in the middle of your board. Add a serving knife.
