If you’re looking for a salad dressing to remind you of your recent visit to the islands, look no more. This tangy, passion fruit (lilikoi) vinaigrette is perfect on a herb salad mix. Add in some avocado along with mango to make it even more reminiscent of Hawaii, and you have an easy, yet exotic, flavor for your taste buds to enjoy.

Ingredients

3 Tbl Passion Fruit Puree
1 T Dried Chopped Chives
1 Tbl Sugar
4 tsp Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Ground Coriander Seed
3 Tbl Olive Oil

Instructions

Whisk first 6 ingredients together in a small bowl.
Gradually whisk in oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
