Pineapple & Passion Fruit Coleslaw
This recipe would be great in our Kalua Pork Sliders or served as a side dish.
- 1 Head of Cabbage Shredded
- 3 Med Carrots Shredded
- ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- Fresh or Dried Garlic to Taste
- ½ Cup Lilikoi Puree
- 1 ½ Cups Diced Pineapple
- Shred the cabbage and the carrots and place in a medium sized bowl.
- Dice the pineapple and add it to the cabbage and carrots.
- Add Lilikoi Puree and the seasonings.
- Stir until all ingredients are combined.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving.
To add a little spiciness to this recipe simply drizzle our Lilikoi Chili Pepper Sauce on each serving.
