Waiupaka, our Passion Fruit Coconut Butter has been handcrafted in small batches on the Big Island of Hawaii. It has a rich flavor with a smooth creamy texture.
Created like a lemon curd with a medley of the Hawaiian Passion Fruit (lilikoi) and unsweetened creamy coconut milk, this delicious custard like butter is best used as a spread in the same way you would use a jam or a jelly. Try it on toast, scones, bagels or in your morning oatmeal.
Plus it is naturally gluten free!
