Lilikoi Coconut Mousse
Enjoy a fluffy and decadent treat with a signature passion fruit tang.
- 10 oz Lilikoi Coconut Butter
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 (8oz) Package Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/8 tsp Coconut Extract
- Fresh Berries
- Fresh Mint
- Beat together the Lilikoi Coconut Butter, Softened Cream Cheese and Coconut Extract in a medium sized bowl, until smooth.
- Beat cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the Butter mixture into the whipped cream until blended.
- Divide mousse into tall stemmed glasses and garnish with berries and mint (optional).
- Refrigerate until serving.
