  • 10 oz Lilikoi Coconut Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 (8oz) Package Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/8 tsp Coconut Extract
  • Fresh Berries
  • Fresh Mint

  1. Beat together the Lilikoi Coconut Butter, Softened Cream Cheese and Coconut Extract in a medium sized bowl, until smooth.
  2. Beat cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the Butter mixture into the whipped cream until blended.
  4. Divide mousse into tall stemmed glasses and garnish with berries and mint (optional).
  5. Refrigerate until serving.
