A tropical rum martini with a flavor of Hawaii. Contributed by Richard from Gig Harbor.
- 1 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1 1/2 oz Malibu Caribbean Rum with Coconut Liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz Lilikoi Cocktail Mix
- Li Hing Mui Rimming Powder
- Lime Wedge
- Maraschino Cherry
- Use lime wedge to wet the rim of your glass
- Put a small amount of the Li Hing Mui Rimming Powder in a flat bottomed bowl; dip wet rim in powder
- Put Vodka, Malibu Rum, and Lilikoi Cocktail Mix in a shaker filled with ice. Shake to chill.
- Strain immediately into rimmed martini glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry
