A tropical rum martini with a flavor of Hawaii. Contributed by Richard from Gig Harbor.

  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz Malibu Caribbean Rum with Coconut Liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz Lilikoi Cocktail Mix
  • Li Hing Mui Rimming Powder
  • Lime Wedge
  • Ice
  • Maraschino Cherry

  1. Use lime wedge to wet the rim of your glass
  2. Put a small amount of the Li Hing Mui Rimming Powder in a flat bottomed bowl; dip wet rim in powder
  3. Put Vodka, Malibu Rum, and Lilikoi Cocktail Mix in a shaker filled with ice. Shake to chill.
  4. Strain immediately into rimmed martini glass.
  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry
