Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz Malibu Caribbean Rum with Coconut Liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz Lilikoi Cocktail Mix
  • 1 Li Hing Mui Rimming Powder
  • 1 Lime Wedge
  • 1 Ice
  • 1 Maraschino Cherry

Instructions

Use lime wedge to wet the rim of your glass
  1. Put a small amount of the Li Hing Mui Rimming Powder in a flat bottomed bowl. Dip wet rim in powder.
  2. Put Vodka, Malibu Rum, and Lilikoi Cocktail Mix in a shaker filled with ice. Shake to chill.
  3. Strain immediately into rimmed martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
