This is one of my favorite cocktails! It’s delicious during the holiday season, or anytime of the year.

Passion Fruit Martini Recipe rimmed with Li Hing Mui

Passion Fruit Martini

Yields: 3 Drinks
Prep time: 1 min
Cook time: 2 mins

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Fill up your shaker with ice then add the lilikoi cocktail mix and the vodka
  2. Shake until well chilled
  3. Use the lime wedge around the rim of your glass to get it wet
  4. Put about 1 tablespoon of Li Hing Mui powder on a small plate
  5. Dip the rim of the glass into the Li Hing Mui powder
  6. Pour drink into glasses
  7. Put lime wedge on the rim of each glass
  8. Cheers!
