Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk or your favorite milk
  • 1 Tbl Maple Syrup (or honey)
  • 1/4 Cup Passion Fruit Puree

Instructions

  1. Mix the chia seeds, coconut milk, and maple syrup in a bowl. Stir well and let it sit for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  3. Before serving, top with passion fruit puree and enjoy!
