Passion fruit is a favorite tropical flavor of chefs worldwide. Here in Hawaii passion fruit is known as Lilikoi.

Our Lilikoi Wai is literally only passion fruit juice. We have added no sugar or water to the pure lilikoi puree. Passion Fruit Puree is naturally gluten free and vegan.

Add a burst of Hawaiian flavor to cocktails, smoothies, desserts, dressings, and more. This bright, aromatic puree is your go-to ingredient for instantly elevating any recipe.

This is the perfect product to add to your recipes. You can make anything from cocktails, sauces, marinades, dressings, baked goods, drink and smoothie mixes etc.

This wonderfully tart puree can be substituted into any of your citrus recipes. Exchange the citrus juice for passion fruit in equal parts. If the recipe calls for zest, lime pairs best with passion fruit.

This tasty aromatic tropical flavor is wonderful with both sweet and savory dishes.
