With the holiday season upon us, and eggnog being one of my husband’s holiday favorites, I was looking for a way to use lilikoi and eggnog in a cocktail. Then I came upon this recipe in a Luscious Bites blog post.
At first I thought it sounded too easy, too good to be true. When I made the first batch and watched it disappear I knew I was on to something that I could pass along to all of my passion fruit loving fans.
So here it is. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
- 1 Can of condensed Milk
- 1 Can of Evaporated Milk
- 1 Can of coconut Milk
- 1 Can of Coconut Cream
- 1 Cup of Passion Fruit Puree
- White Rum (1 Shot per glass)
- Cinnamon (to taste)
- Mix everything well.
- Put mixture into individual bottles as gifts or put in a big bottle and refrigerate.
- Remember to mix well before serving.
