Passion fruit is a favorite tropical flavor of chefs worldwide. Here in Hawaii passion fruit is known as Lilikoi.
Our Lilikoi Wai is literally only passion fruit juice. We have added no sugar or water to the pure lilikoi puree. Passion Fruit Puree is naturally gluten free and vegan.

This is the perfect product to add to your recipes. You can make anything from cocktails, sauces, marinades, dressings, baked goods, drink and smoothie mixes etc.
This wonderfully tart puree can be substituted into any of your citrus recipes. Exchange the citrus juice for passion fruit in equal parts. If the recipe calls for zest, lime pairs best with passion fruit.
This tasty aromatic tropical flavor is wonderful with both sweet and savory dishes.

This is one of best products I’ve experienced as I’ve been using passion fruit extract for many years. It does not have added sugar so you have a pure product and can sweeten to your preference. Absolutely crave the flavors of the passion fruit puree. So refreshing in our mimosas and margaritas not to mention in our cream/custard cakes. A 10 on a scale of 1-10. Great Products. Won’t be long and I’ll be ordering again.
