Ingredients

  • Crust: 2 Packages of Graham Crackers
  • Crust: 1/2 cup sugar
  • Crust: 1 tsp Salt
  • Crust: 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Crust: 1/2 cup Mac nuts
  • Crust: 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
  • Cheesecake: 2 lbs Cream cheese
  • Cheesecake: 4 Eggs
  • Cheesecake: 3/4 cup Sugar
  • Cheesecake: 1/2 cup Whipping cream
  • Cheesecake: 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Cheesecake: 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Cheesecake: 1/2 -3/4 cup Lilikoi puree to taste

    Instructions

    Time:Prep 30 minsCook 15 minsTotal 0:45
    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
    2. Crust: Blend well in a food processor
    3. Crust: Press in bottom of pie plate or spring form pan
    4. Crust: Bake for 15 minutes
    5. Cheesecake: Beat all remaining ingredients except the eggs until well blended
    6. Cheesecake: Add eggs, 1 at a time, just until blended
    7. Cheesecake: Pour over crust
    8. Cheesecake: Bake for 55 minutes or until center is almost set
    9. Cheesecake: Run knife around rim of pat to loosen. Cool before removing.
    10. Cheesecake: Refrigerate cheesecake for 4 hours
    11. Drizzle Lilikoi Coconut Syrup over each piece or Spread Lilikoi Coconut Butter over entire cheesecake
