Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups Butter
3 Cups Sugar
12 Egg yolks
3 Cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
6 oz Lilikoi Puree
2 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°
Blend butter, sugar, yolks, Lilikoi Puree and vanilla in one bowl.
Blend Salt, baking powder and flour in another bowl.
Mix both together and pour into heavy buttered pan.
Pour mixture into a bread pan and bake 60-70 minutes.
